Research Impact Evaluation Tool for research groups

We are developing a web application for the evaluation of research contributions for individuals and group of researchers. The tool uses citation-based metrics to quantify the research impact of a group. The data source we are going to use is Google Scholar, from which we extract the information we need about a specific research author.
