The paper “ICT and innovative review models: implications for the scientific publishing industry” coauthored by Pier Franco Camussone, Roberta Cuel and Diego Ponte was appointed best paper of the track “Il ruolo, il contributo e le implicazioni dell’ICT per lo sviluppo della creatività individuale e Organizzativa” at WOA 2010.

Fabio Casati, the coordinator of the LiquidPub project, gave invited talks at the European Conference on Web Services 2009 and in the Politechnico di Milano. The title of the talk was: "Liquidpub: services at the service of science" and the slides are available in the Research Areas->Research Evaluation section of the website.

The LiquidPub-sponsored First Workshop on Scientific Knowledge Creation, Dissemination, and Evaluation is over, and it was a great success. We had many wonderful, intelligent, and interested participants who really made the discussions pop. We will be compiling notes from the panels and supplementary material.
